This Privacy Policy applies to the website you are currently viewing
(www.thebusinessanalyst.com) hereinafter "the Site"). By visiting or using the
Site, you consent to the data collection and use practices described in this
policy. This Policy is intended to be read with, and not to limit, our End User
License Agreement (EULA).
You can access limited features of the Site without
disclosing personal information. In order to access the entire functionality of
Site, you must agree to all the terms and conditions, and enter into, our
EULA.
We collect
the personal data that you may volunteer while using the Site. We sometimes
supplement the information that we receive with information from other sources
and companies. Such outside information includes (but is not limited to) updated
delivery and address information from carriers or third parties, which enables
us to correct our records; account information, page-view information, search
term and search result information, search results and credit history
information from credit bureaus.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from
children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only
through your parent or guardian.
If you have the settings on your browser set
accordingly, we will use “cookies” to track some of your information. “Cookies”
are text files that we will place on the hard drive of your computer in order to
store personal data such as (but not limited to) your password, preferences,

clickstream data to compile aggregated statistics concerning use of the Site. We

services offered by TASCON that we think you may find worthwhile.

information we collect on the Site in conjunction with the disposition of
TASCON’s assets in bankruptcy and/or through merger or acquisition. We may also
disclose information we collect on the Site to third-party service providers we
retain, to provide reports or analyses to TASCON. Such third-party service
providers shall be restricted from using such information for any purpose other
than providing the services for which they have been retained by TASCON.
We
employ security systems that we believe prevent most people from accessing your
personal information through the Site. People who try and bypass security
systems, or “hackers,” are often very skilled at breaking through security
systems, though, and therefore we can make no guarantee that your information
will be 100% safe.

any such information. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a copy
of your personal data, but we will give reasons for any such refusal.

administrative burden; expense; and security concerns.
By visiting the Site, you
accept that your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy
and our EULA, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the
state of Wisconsin, USA. If you have any concern about privacy issues, please
contact us as directed in this Policy.
This Policy applies only to the Site and
not to any third-party website that may be accessed through hyper-links on the
Site. If you click on such a hyperlink, you may be taken away from the Site to
an entirely different site. It is important to note that such other sites may
not follow the same privacy policies as TASCON.
We reserve the right to
occasionally update this Policy. At such time, we will also revise the "last
updated" date at the top of the Policy. We recommend that you periodically
review this Policy.

you believe that the Site has not adhered to this Policy, please contact TASCON
and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate and,
